In compliance with the on farm slaughter license program, our whole pastured chickens are available by PRE SALE ONLY. Chickens are processed on farm, they will be frozen (unless you arrange to pickup fresh), wrapped whole in heat shrink freezer bags. The chickens are un-inspected and NOT FOR RESALE. 

Our chickens are treated incredibly well!
We source our chicks from a family run hatchery located in Alberta. This breed (Cornish Cross) is known for its incredible flavour, fast growth and healthy vigor. The taste is incredible!

At 3 weeks of age they are  moved daily to forge for fresh pasture grasses, bugs and grubs like a chicken is supposed to live. We feed them SOY FREE, CORN FREE, CANOLA FREE, NON-GMO Feed that is sourced near our farm.
